Wilderness 2016!

The ethos of Wilderness is to switch off from the busyness of the outside world and to immerse yourself into a tranquil world of creativity, culture and new ideas. The best part of it is… you are surrounded by the beautiful picturesque views of Cornbury Park, Oxfordshire having left all your cares and worries at home!

Wilderness

Back for another year of music, theatre, workshops, talks and glorious food, Wilderness promises something for everyone. For those theatre lovers out there, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the variety of performances on offer. Venues this year include The Playhouse, Open Air Theatre and The Atrium. Acts this year include Superbolt Theatre‘s Edinburgh hit, Dinosaur Park. Leading dance powerhouses Sadler’s Wells presents Ceyda Tanc Dance‘s AYIN and The Place presents a variety of dance talents. Old Vic New Voices presents Lanre Malaolu and Protocol Dance Company with a piece looking at police brutality both in the UK and the US and Sarah Milton presents Tumble Tuck, a piece looking at competition and the need to be successful. A programme of dance, opera, new writing and comedy shows exactly why the UK are brilliant at nurturing and promoting the very best of the arts scene.
