Race Across The World: The Experience announces ticket release ahead of opening in London, Spring 2025

Set to open in Spring 2025, CityDays is thrilled to announce the ticket release for Race Across The World: The Experience – the first-ever playable experience inspired by the hit BBC TV series Race Across the World from Studio Lambert, part of All3Media. Those who sign up to the waitlist will be able to access discounted presale tickets from Wednesday 2 April, giving them 20% off and 48 hrs of exclusive booking ahead of general release on Friday 4 April.

This exciting adventure, in partnership with Studio Lambert, launches participants into the thrilling world of the hit TV show. Navigate the iconic streets of London, working as a team to outsmart rivals, while uncovering the city’s hidden gems in a heart-pounding race to the finish line!

Just like the show, this game requires strategy, teamwork, and quick-thinking. Players will manage a budget as they race through the city, exchanging in-game cash to unlock different routes and clues, and completing “work” tasks to earn extra funds. Play it safe or go all in for the win, how each team races is up to them.

It’s a high-stakes race against the clock, where every choice counts. Players will be scored based on how fast they complete the race, and how much of their budget remains, with their final score ranked on a live leaderboard. The team who finishes in the fastest time, with the most budget left being crowned daily, weekly or all-time champions.

Embark on a 4-5 km mission across London, spanning 2-3 hours, will allow players to experience the city like never before. They will discover treasures often-missed by those rushing underground on the Tube. Pass through famous landmarks, cultural hotspots and iconic pubs and cafes where escape-room-style puzzles await. All this while interacting with characters on their phones, untangling directions and making crucial tactical decisions.
