January 2026 The Classical Theatre of Harlem (CTH) is honoured to announce the appointment of Mary Schmidt Campbell, Ph.D. to its Board of Directors. One of the nation’s most respected arts administrators, educators, and cultural leaders, Dr. Campbell brings decades of experience advancing arts institutions, academic excellence, and civic cultural engagement.

“We are deeply honored to welcome Dr. Mary Schmidt Campbell to our board,” said Ty Jones, Producing Artistic Director of The Classical Theatre of Harlem. “Her visionary leadership across museums, higher education, and public cultural policy represents the kind of strategic insight and deep commitment to cultural equity that aligns with CTH’s mission. OffWestEnd, London’s independent theatre platform and awards body championing independent theatre in Greater London and beyond, has today (evening of 20th Jan 2026) marked its 20th anniversary with a birthday event celebrating two decades of supporting non-West End theatre – alongside exciting new plans as the organisation evolves into OffWestEnd 2.0 – starting with the beta launch of a redesigned website and digital resource to evolve the organisation’s support for independent theatre-makers in the years ahead.

The anniversary event, held at founding member venue Stratford East, brought together theatre-makers, venue leaders, producers and industry supporters to reflect on OffWestEnd’s impact since its founding in 2006, and to look ahead to the organisation’s next phase of development.

This week, multi-platinum global superstar Hilary Duff returned to the stage for the first time in over 10 years, launching her highly anticipated Small Rooms, Big Nerves global shows with a sold-out, emotional opening night at London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire.

Multi-hyphenate artist, entrepreneur, actor, and fashion icon A$AP Rocky announces his 2026 tour, Don’t Be Dumb World Tour. The 42-date tour, promoted by Live Nation, will be fans first chance to hear Don’t Be Dumb live, Rocky’s first full-length release in eight years — listen HERE.

Don’t Be Dumb World Tour kicks off in North America on May 27th at United Center in Chicago, and hits major cities including Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, Toronto’s Scotiabank Arena, and Houston’s Toyota Center, before wrapping up on July 11that Prudential Center in New Jersey. The tour then arrives in Europe and the UK from August through September, kicking off in Brussels, Belgium at ING Arena on August 25th. Stops include London, Milan, Germany, Sweden, and more, before wrapping in Paris, France at Accor Arena on September 30th.
