The James Brown Experience kicks off its UK tour in Carlisle on Friday 26th September, with performances across the country including Perth, York, Birmingham, Harrogate, Liverpool, London, Bradford, Ipswich, Bath, and Leicester, before concluding in Swansea on Wednesday 22nd October. HAIM have announced details of a UK arena tour in October. The rock trio will play six dates in support of their upcoming fourth album I quit, which was announced last week and will be released on June 20^th via Polydor Records. The tour kicks off in Nottingham on October 24^th and includes a show at London’s The O2 on October 28^th. In addition, following their return to the stage at Primavera Sound, the band will play a special one-off headline show at Margate’s Dreamland on June 27^th, marking their first UK show since their triumphant headline at All Points East in 2023.

Musicians in the Welsh National Opera (WNO) orchestra have voted to accept a new deal from management by an overwhelming majority of 97% (of the 97% who responded to the ballot).

It follows a year of negotiations to stave off the prospect of part-time employment and reach an agreement that benefits both the orchestra and the company.

Arcade Fire, one of the most influential bands of the past two decades, have today announced a special headline show atLondon’s Royal Albert Hall on Wednesday, 14 May 2025.

The only UK date in a run of intimate Don’t Think About Pink Elephant gigs in select cities around the world to mark the release of new album Pink Elephant on 9 May, this one-off Royal Albert Hall show will see the band perform the new record in its entirety.

Today’s news follows the recent announcement that the band is back with brand new music, nearly three years after the release of their acclaimed album WE (2022). Composed of 10 new tracks, Pink Elephant is Arcade Fire’s seventh studio album, with the first single ‘Year of the Snake’ a joyous instant classic buoyed by the enveloping warmth of Régine Chassagne’s vocals, delivering the unique trademark sound of Arcade Fire. The song’s title refers to 2025 being the Lunar Year of the Snake, which represents a time for renewal, positive transformation, and new beginnings.
