Off the back of Ms. Jackson’s highly successful and sold out Together Again tour in North America, five-time GRAMMY ® Award-winning Rock and Roll Hall of Fame®️ Inductee Janet Jackson reveals she will be extending her tour to Europe, adding in multiple stops across the continent. This will be Ms. Jackson’s first UK performance since her iconic 2019 Glastonbury Festival performance.

The European leg of this tour will start in autumn 2024 kicking off in Paris, France on the 25th September at Accor Arena before making multiple stops in the UK, Germany and Belgium before concluding the tour in Amsterdam, Netherlands at Ziggo Dome on the 10th October.

The exciting announcement of UK tour dates follows an announcement earlier this year where Ms. Jackson announced her 35-date US tour ‘Together Again,’ which will hit the road this summer across the States. This tour builds on the colossal success of her 2023 run, which earned the icon the highest selling trek of her career.

Making its debut in 2021, crime-drama series BMF (Black Mafia Family) has proven its prowess with a steadily increasing loyal fanbase, its latest season, season 3 witnessing the highest multi-platform ratings thus far. The success of season 3, of course manifesting into a season 4, with the announcement of a renewal. The tale of two brothers – Demetrius Edward “Big Meech” Flenory (played by real-life son Demetrius Flenory Jr.) and Terry “Southwest T” Flenory (played by Da’Vinchi) amassing an elaborate drug empire in 80s America one that has witnessed the duo repetitively referenced musically as a marker of their scope globally, currently dramatised weekly on STARZ and various platforms. Returning for another year this bank holiday weekend, the UK’s biggest celebration of hip hop culture returns with a fresh line up of inventive, creative and innovative dance works. On Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th May, dance collectives from across the globe will continue on with the Breakin’ Convention tradition of igniting imaginations whilst pushing the culture forward. Talented South London originated collective Gully South Block forms part of Saturday’s roster at Sadler’s Wells, this performance marking their second appearance at the festival – a testament to their skillset and determination, especially in their pursuit to highlight the powerful dance style of krump. Ahead of their performance, Chaquille tells us more about the concepts explored within their dance work, utilising the collectives skillsets to choreograph works and what the audience can expect!

Yesterday, National Theatre Live broadcast it’s 100^th title, ‘Nye’– Tim Price‘s (Teh Internet is Serious Business) new play directed by Rufus Norris (Small Island), charting the life of Aneurin ‘Nye’ Bevan and his battle to create the NHS, live from the Olivier stage to over 600 cinemas.

During the broadcast, the National Theatre released a short film capturing the story of NT Live from its inception in 2009. Featuring Dame Helen Mirren, James Cordon, Fisayo Akinade, Indira Varma, and Sir Ian McKellen, the film offers a look behind the curtain at how NT Live has evolved over the last 15 years, capturing world-class performances and taking them into cinemas, making theatre more accessible for global audiences.

After announcing full details of their highly-anticipated fourth album Romance earlier this week, Fontaines D.C. today confirm a new run of UK & Ireland tour dates for Autumn 2024. Kicking off on 20 November, the ROMANCE tour sees the band travelling to London, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Cardiff, Plymouth, Wolverhampton, and Nottingham, before returning to Dublin for a final show at the 3Arena on 6 December.
