Cameron Mackintosh is delighted to announce new casting for Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera at His Majesty’s Theatre from Monday 28 July 2025.The Phantom of the Opera is currently booking until Saturday 28 March 2026.

Joining the company on Monday 28 July will be Adam Rhys-Charles as Raoul and Bradyn Debysingh as Ubaldo Piangi. Continuing in the production are Dean Chisnall as The Phantom, Lily Kerhoas as Christine Daaé, Joanna Ampil as Carlotta Giudicelli, Adam Linstead as Monsieur André, Martin Ball as Monsieur Firmin, Helen Hobson as Madame Giry and Millie Lyon as Meg Giry. At certain performances the role of Christine Daaé will be played by Colleen Rose Curran.

The production, directed byJamie Lloyd, opens at The London Palladium on Tuesday 1 July, with previews from 14 June, and runs until 6 September 2025.

James Olivas will play Juan Perón opposite the previously announced Rachel Zegler (Eva Perón) and Diego Andres Rodriguez (Che), joined byAaron Lee Lambert as Agustín Magaldi and Bella Brown as The Mistress / Alternate Eva.

The Jamie Lloyd Company today announces a season of Shakespeare at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane with The Tempest starring BAFTA winner Sigourney Weaver, who is being awarded the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the 81^st Venice International Film Festival, making her West End debut as Prospero; and Much Ado About Nothing starring Tom Hiddleston (Benedick) and Hayley Atwell (Beatrice), both directed by Jamie Lloyd.

The two productions run at the Theatre Royal Drury Lane, owned and operated by Andrew Lloyd Webber’s LW Theatres, marking the first Shakespeare plays to be presented at the venue since Peter Brook’s production of The Tempest starring John Gielgud in 1957. The Tempest opens on Thursday 19 December, with previews from 7 December 2024, running until 1 February 2025, and Much Ado About Nothing opens Wednesday 19 February, with previews from 10 February, running until 5 April 2025. Inspired by Gaston Leroux’s 1910 novel The Phantom of the Opera, Andrew Lloyd Webber, alongside lyricists Richard Stilgoe and Charles Hart would go on to create the iconic multi-award winning musical (1986) of the same name. Four decades on and the musical has enjoyed global success and continues to be enjoyed by many musical fans. Taking on the iconic musical and presenting it within a visual art format, Titan Comics have created a graphic novel version currently available to purchase online. A team effort, having been written by Cavan Scott, with visuals created by José Maria Beroy – theatre fans are now able to enjoy the musical in an alternate manner as well as own this unique collector’s item.
